HotFile Down-Time

We received some reports from our users, since they are receiving “hot file cannot connect contact support” errors.  This error does not appear to be due to your service having problems, it is due to Hotfile.com website being offline.  Visits to hotfile.com in a browser are currently producing “500 internal service errors” or the website never loads.  A check on the website http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com produces similar results (see image below).

Hotfile service is likely having technical issues and I would expect it will return soon.

Update: It appears HotFile.com is online, but could go down again, throughout the day, as it seems unstable.

Uploaded.to Leeching Fixed

File-host Uploaded.to has acquired the domain UL.to months ago. They have very recently made the transition to the UL.to domain being the priority, this forces all uploaded.to URLs to be forwarded and as a result, causes a connection error on 2Leech. The plugin has been updated now and leeching is working again from this file-host.

Customers can now leech URLs from this service which look like this:

http://uploaded.to/file/luqr1x

or

http://ul.to/file/luqr1x
If customers experience issue leeching files from this host, please contact us immediately.

Update: Thanks to a customer, we discovered that the uploaded.to/ul.to service also has links formatted with filenames in the URLs, such as this:

http://uploaded.to/file/ih0z69/examplefilename.rar

These are now compatible with 2Leech as well.

Server 3 Now Online

Server 3 is now online and ready for use.  This server now supports leeching file sizes over 2GB in size.

Service Upgrade Status & Database Maintenance

As previously announced, we will be upgrading the service soon by the addition of another leech server.  We have the server completely setup, but some testing and database work still needs to be done before we can bring it online for usage. The good news is this should be done within the next 48 hours and this server will be able to download files over 2024 MB (2GB).

In addition, we’ve made serious modifications to the way the login connects to our database and are hoping this eliminates the SQL errors we’ve been having.

Please check back here for updates on the coming upgrade.

Storage.to Leeching Fixed

Storage.to leeching has been re-enabled.
